REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We refund/replace double purchases (e.g. you bought by mistake two blond packs of the same style) or faulty items.

Being that all the item non transfer, we are not able to exchange a wrong purchase, so, please, always try demos BEFORE purchasing anything and double check the payment window to make sure you’re buying exactly what you intended.

Whenever you need extra info about an item, please drop us an NC inworld (write to Alegra Taurus or Ravenhawk Taurus). IMs get capped so please send a NC with any requests.

REDELIVERY

We have a redelivery system for purchases made after Dec. 9th 2017 (sale items and gatchas not included). The redelivery terminal can be found by our main store. If you need a redelivery for earlier purchases, please send an NC to Alegra Taurus or Ravenhawk Taurus.

CUSTOMS

We don't do customs requests at the moment, but we do accept suggestions!
